What is Patterns of Excellence?

The Patterns of Excellence program was co-developed by Adam Khoo and Stuart Tan. The founders had one thing in common – they were both producing way below average results in all areas of their lives.

In their teenage year, they discovered the science of personal success conditioning, where they learnt that it is our patterns of thinking and behavior that drive our results. They then began modeling people of excellence in the different areas of their lives.

Patterns of Excellence was created because they believed that using the methodologies of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and the science of success conditioning, anyone could take immediate control of their life and produce the results they want.

 

What is NLP?

NLP or of Neuro-Linguistic Programming is the process of creating models of excellence using your nervous system (Neuro) and your language patterns (Linguistic) to program yourself and others to achieve the results you want.

The creators of NLP, Richard Bandler and John Grinder, observed and analysed geniuses in the field of behavioural change such as Virginia Satir (world’s renowned family therapist). They then developed a structure of tools and skills that enable anyonr to precisely model the subtle distinctions that made the difference between an excellent and an average performer in order to consistently produce exceptional desired results.

Who are Adam Khoo and Stuart Tan?

ADAM KHOO
Adam Khoo is an entrepreneur, a best-selling author and a peak performance trainer. A self-made millionaire by the age of 26, he owns and runs three companies with combined annual revenue of over $20 million in the areas of advertising event management and education.

He is the best-selling author of "I Am Gifted, So Are You!", a motivational accelerated book that was ranked MPH #1 best-seller in 1998 and 1999. STUART TAN

Stuart Tan, MBA (Western Michigan), BA (Hons), S.D.C.G, has been a trainer since 1994 and has focused on the development of the personal excellence, performance enhancement, leadership and communication development, with his background in Management, Psychology, Linguistics and Counseling. He was Asia's youngest licensed trainer of NLP in 1997. Stuart received his trainer's license in Neuro-Linguistic Programming from the founder, Dr. Richard Bandler, in 1997, and has also been trained by Robert Dilts of the NLP University with updated skills and knowledge in the field of NLP of 2004.

As a well-known Toastmaster in Singapore, Stuart had taken part in and won many national level (Area/Division) speech competitions. He is the 1st runner-up of the Toastmasters International, District 51 (Pan South-East-Asia) Impromptu speech contest, 2001 and the District 51 (Pan-South-East-Asia) Evaluation Speech champion for the year 2002.

Stuart is the author of the "33 Killer Persuasion Tactics" digital book and "Secrets of Internet Millionaires" chronicling his journey in developing successful online business. He runs regular workshops on internet marketing and coaches people in business strategies.
